Processing & Delivery Times: We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we operate 3 machines and put in many hours to keep up with peak demand, normally orders are completed in just a few days. At some times of the year we get a lot of orders. Therefore, please allow between 5 to 10 business days for delivery,

We accept exchange only for non-customized products.  (Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.)

​Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.​To complete your return, we require the packing slip that arrived with your package. 
*Very important: Products sent to us in polybags or boxes too small will not be accepted!  We recommend you reuse the box we shipped you or a box of similar dimensions and quality.
​Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If you are approved, then your exchange request will be processed. 
All orders are sent USPS First Class & Priority Based on Weight of the Item(s). We DO NOT offer International shipping (Canada included)
